“We want to be the In-N-Out of poke.”

Poke — in case you’ve been living under a rock lobster — is the fresh seafood craze that’s been popping up at lunch spots all over the country, and now you can get it on the go.

The traditional Hawaiian dish is best described as a sashimi salad and is usually made with yellowfin tuna and pickled vegetables.

Fins Poke Fusion in Mission Viejo, California, is pegging itself as the first drive-thru poke restaurant. The owners just opened a new location in Fullerton, California, and have nicknamed their business “the In-N-Out of poke.”

The drive-thru menu allows customers to order from six pre-made bowls of fresh seafood, and if you want a more customized experience, you can go inside to build your own poke bowl. According to Foodbeast, the order will be ready in fewer than five minutes.

Fins also serves fresh fish tacos and The Garo, a poke bowl made in a giant tortilla shell.
