Why Your Unicorn Frappuccino Is Every Starbucks Barista's Worst Nightmare

Not since peak Pumpkin Spice Latte season has Starbucks been this crazed. Ever since the release of the very limited-edition Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino, baristas around the country have been complaining on Reddit and social media about the complicated nature of the drink: They're running out of ingredients and struggling to make customers happy as lines stretch out the door.

Plus, apparently the colorful glittery powder gets everywhere.

One barista's Unicorn-inspired meltdown has been caught on video. Colorado barista Braden Burson, 19, posted a video on Twitter after his shift ranting that he's "never been so stressed out" in his life.

"I have never made so many Frappuccinos in my entire life," Burson complained in the video that has since been taken down. "My hands are completely sticky. I have unicorn crap all in my hair and on my nose."

Plus as reviews of the limited-edition colorful drink come in, and they're mixed at best. The Washington Post said it tastes like "sour birthday cake and shame." Others on the Internet knew exactly where the concoction belonged:

If you still insist on braving long lines and sour aftertastes to snag this Insta-worthy treat, the Unicorn Frappuccino is available until April 23.
