UFC Fighter Ronda Rousey Used To Fight Strangers So She Could Buy Starbucks Frappuccinos

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Ronda Rousey confessed that when she was a 14-year-old high schooler, she used to fight strangers to get money to purchase Frappuccinos from Starbucks.

The mixed martial arts fighter bet her opponents $10 and would fight people so she could afford to buy Frappuccinos for her and her friend. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Rousey shared how these fights happened.

"Me and my friend Jackie, after school, we would walk over to the Promenade," Rousey said in the interview, "She would be like, 'I bet my girl right here could beat you up for $10, or $5, or whatever.' And then some guy would be like, 'Ehh, whatever. I'll take that bet.'"

Rousey explained how she would throw her competitor to the ground and put him in either a choke or arm bar.

"We would get him to say he gave up, then take his money and go buy Frappuccinos," Rousey said. "Those were my first pro fights. Will fight for Frappuccinos."

We would like to know exactly which Frappuccino is Rousey's favorite, but fighting to get free frozen Starbucks drinks is always worth it.
