This Travel Mug Brews K-Cups On The Go

The budding coffee-making company, AnyCafé, wants to revolutionize the way you drink coffee with its Travel Brewer, a coffee maker and travel mug combined into one.

"This is a first-of-its-kind travel accessory that gives those who are coffee-obsessed or constantly on the go a delicious, warm cup of coffee in just a few minutes," Logan Carlson, CEO of AnyCafé, said in a statement according to Real Simple. "We made sure our design is easy to use and filled with top-notch technology that makes using AnyCafé easier to use than a Keurig."

To brew coffee, simply fill the battery-powered travel mug with water of any temperature, insert a coffee pod in the designated area (compatible with most standard K-Cup pods), and press the button, according to the company's Kickstarter.

The BPA-free mug holds nine and half ounces of liquid and weighs approximately one and half pounds. The mug uses a lithium-ion battery that can be recharged with a standard 12-volt charger.

The company hopes to reach its fundraising goal of $75,000 by Dec. 13.
