Stay Classy New York: A Will Ferrell-Themed Bar Opens In New York City

Great Odin's Raven! A bar inspired by actor, comedian, and Saturday Night Live alumnus Will Ferrell's iconic movie roles has just opened.

Ferrell is known for his comedy films like Anchorman, Step Brothers, and Zoolander, and now there is a bar on the Lower East Side of Manhattan called Stay Classy New York featuring cocktails named after some of his most well-known lines. The name of the bar is based on Ferrell's character Ron Burgundy's phrase from Anchorman, "You stay classy, San Diego," only this time the setting is New York City.

There's also a cocktail called the Mugatu Mule, named after Ferrell's character Mugatu in Zoolander. The drink has tequila reposado, lime, bitters, and ginger beer. There is also a cocktail called You're My Boy Blue from the 2003 movie Old School, made with Hendricks gin, blue curacao, sweet and sour, and pineapple juice.

Stay Classy New York opened on October 1 and also features movie trivia, games, and an art gallery. There is no word yet on whether Will Ferrell might make an appearance or whether there will be "Scotchy Scotch Scotch," but one thing's for sure — "milk was a bad choice."
