Smirnoff Launches New 90-Calorie, Sugar-Free Spiked Sparkling Seltzer

Smirnoff recently launched a line of Spiked Sparkling Seltzer, each can of which contains fewer than 100 calories, just in time for the holidays.

The spiked seltzers are available in slimline 12-ounce cans with only one gram of carbohydrates, zero sugar, and no artificial sweeteners. The spiked seltzers are also 4.5 percent ABV per can.

The new product comes in three different natural fruit flavors: orange mango, cranberry lime, and watermelon.

"The SMIRNOFF brand is bringing something new to the emerging spiked seltzer category by now offering its lowest calorie option (in its flavored malt beverage portfolio)," Krista Kiisk, brand director of flavored malt beverages, Diageo Beer Co. USA, told Brewbound. "We know people are looking for different options when it comes to their alcohol, and SMIRNOFF™ Spiked Sparkling Seltzer delivers variety without sacrificing taste."

Smirnoff Spiked Sparkling Seltzer is available at a retail price of $8.99 for a six-pack of 12-ounce cans.
