Pumpkin, white chocolate, and salted caramel: These are few of my favorite fall things.

As Starbucks hits the peak of Pumpkin Spice Latte season, get ready for some new and creative Starbucks drinks featuring flavored syrups that smell and taste like autumn. Formerly known as the Starbucks secret menu, Barista Originals are all created by Starbucks employees. You won’t see them on any official menu but you can try each of the five drinks Oct. 20 through 23 at thousands of Starbucks locations across America.

“We wanted to tap into our baristas’ beverage artistry by giving them the opportunity to create new fall-inspired drink recipes to share with customers in their stores,” Sarah Spencer, Starbucks marketing manager, said in a statement.

Listed below are the drinks:

Grande Breve Cold Brew with 1 pump pumpkin spice

Grande Chai with 1 pump pumpkin spice and 1 pump cinnamon dolce

Grande Salted Caramel White Chocolate Mocha

Grande Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino, affogato style with extra caramel sauce and extra salt

Grande Flat White with 1 pump cinnamon dolce and 1 pump pumpkin spice
