Best Damn Brewing Co. Adds A Hard Cherry Cola To Its Lineup

Anheuser-Busch has 'put a cherry on tap' with the release of Best Damn Cherry Cola, the second beer to be introduced to its Best Damn Brewing Co. platform following Best Damn Root Beer.

Rashmi Patel of Anheuser-Busch says, "Best Damn Cherry Cola continues to build our portfolio of bold, approachable and down-to-earth beers. We named our Cherry Cola mission, 'Put a Cherry on Tap,' and our brewmasters have outdone themselves with this new brew: a delicious combination of cherry, caramel and cola notes."

Best Damn Cherry Cola is aged on whole cherries after brewing, according to a release. It will be available at bars, clubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores across the U.S. beginning March 7 in six-packs, 16-ounce cans, and on draught.

CNBC says the recent increased popularity in the release of alcoholic root beers and hard sodas, "reflect brewers' desire to capture the evolving tastes of alcohol drinkers, who continue to seek out options beyond the beer category."
