Make Avocado Ice Cream And More With Tom Brady's New $200 Cookbook

Tom Brady may be an ace in the end zone, but he and his wife, Gisele Bündchen's diet has been the subject of much contention. In an interview with Boston.com, the couple's personal chef Allen Campbell, revealed that they pretty much only eat vegetables and whole grains, and that Brady has never drank coffee. Now, you too can eat like the New England Patriots' quarterback by buying Brady's upcoming $200 cookbook released by Tom Brady's company TB12.

Celebrity cookbooks usually aren't cheap, but this one seems astronomically expensive. But according to Brady, it's not just a regular cookbook, the TB12 Nutrition Manual is a "living document" of 89 recipes, including a recipe of avocado ice cream, and contains "information about [Brady's company TB12's] nutritional philosophies and a library of 89 seasonally-inspired recipes."

Here are the list of ingredients you can expect not to find in the cookbook, thanks to the Brady Bunch's super strict diet: white sugar, white flour, MSG, coffee, caffeine, olive oil, iodized salt, fungus, dairy and nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, potatoes and eggplant.
