The eighth annual OPA! Big, Fat Greek Festival, a weekend packed with Greek meals and cooking demonstrations, is back at Razberry's Banquet and Conference Center on June 29 - July 1. The Opa! Big, Fat Greek Festival celebrates Greek culture and raises funds for the St. Anna Greek Orthodox Church in Frenchtown, NJ.

A menu prepared by John Kaldes, author of Made in Greece: A Guided Tour of Greek Cooking, boasts several traditional Greek dishes, including pasticcio, moussaka, spanakopita, souvlaki, and gyros.

The 3 Greek Sisters, a trio of Greek cookbook authors, will be performing cooking demonstrations at the festival.

The Opa! Big, Fat Greek Festival caters to those with a sweet tooth with its Kafenio OPA!, a station serving a variety of coffees and pastries, such as koulourakia, baklava, kourabiedes, and loukoumades.

Greek music will accompany the feasting as well as a full schedule of Greek cultural events, including a re-enactment of lighting the Olympic torch at Mount Olympus and performances by several Greek dance troupes.
