Joel Gameron from Sur La Table shows off new gadgets and tools that make grilling not only easier (like a thermometer that scans grill temperatures from a distance), but make grilling more innovative. With a smoking platform to add moisture, a salt slab to infuse acidic saltiness, or a wok to make stir-fries smoky, the grilling inspiration is endless. Don't take grilling so literally, Gameron says — push the boundaries with exciting new tools.
