NCAA Final Four Releases Official Fan Menu

The NCAA is looking to end March Madness with a slam dunk — both on the court and in the food court. The semi-final games will take place on Saturday April 5th and the final tips off Monday April 7th at AT&T Stadium in North Texas, also home to the Dallas Cowboys, and will feature a new concessions menu for fans highlighting Southern and Tex-Mex cuisine.

"Fans from around the country will be coming to North Texas and want to experience our local and regional food traditions," said chef Orazio LaManna, the executive chef at the stadium.  "We're so excited about what we've prepared and what it will add to the fun of the Championship gameday experience at AT&T Stadium."

Fans can look forward to a chicken and waffles sandwich called "champion chicken and waffles," with fried chicken between two Texas-shaped waffles, layered with onion rings, pepper jack cheese, pecan-maple mayonnaise, and bacon."

The Texas torta is a Tex-Mex "full-court" pressed creation that combines pork carnita or adobo chicken, with refried beans, salsa, and other toppings on top of a Mexican torta. The Score Bent Buckle BBQ Sandwich is a slow-smoked brisket smothered in barbecue sauce.

Most of the rest of the menu features traditional stadium fare like hotdogs and hamburgers.
