There's all kinds of good stuff on the menu at Cindy Pawlcyn's ever-popular wine country bistro (crispy calamari with curried slaw, seafood tostada, Mongolian pork chop…) but the cheeseburger (Maytag Blue is an optional choice, and one well worth making) is just so big and juicy and tasty that it's hard to resist. The house-made pickles and impeccable fries don't hurt, either. -Andrew Colman

Cannot go here and not get the Mongolian pork chop. Wild flower cocktail and warm goat cheese/garlic/sundried tomato starter make the perfect meal.
Try the Ribeye steak. It's awesome.

Try a pile of thinly-sliced, lightly-breaded onion rings with house-made ketchup...
Everything we had was really good. The quail was very, very good and the pork chop (one of their specialties) is the best I have had... EVER!
