Foursquare Tips

  • Hunting for a place to park is the hardest part. Great selection of vegetables.
  • Upper Crust pies for $12.99 - bing cherry, apricot!!
  • All kinds of wild muchrooms, Oregon filberts, Chico jams & Russian kale are fantastic
  • You can't find better prices on flavorful, quality, organic ingredients in the Bay. Ferry Plaza vendors at 1/2- 1/3 the price. No Amex, small carts & parking lot can be a hassle, but still worth it
  • the best produce and fruit in the world, wicked good prices. Why we live in the bay area
  • Best store for foodies. 25k sqft of fruits and veggies. Incredible prices. Best quality. Next door to a butcher. Really good right now: CA Navel oranges, asparagus, Bosch pears, Brussels sprouts.
  • Forget Berkeley Bowl, this is the real deal. Avoid 4 to 5 pm on any day.
  • Quality produce at good prices.
  • Fresh vegetables and fruits. I dont like fruit but its worth stoping by. Reasonable pricing.
  • Great prices on organic produce; snow or snap peas for less than $3, which are not easy to find in the first place. Love this store.
  • It's like if Berkeley Bowl had a baby.
  • You would expect a small market to charge a lot for produce, but not here. I come here for produce and bulk, everything else IS kind of overpriced
  • Best prices on great local produce anywhere wet have been!
  • Great groceries
  • The veggies are fresh from the field & great support for local farmers
  • A whole stalk of fresh organic brussels sprouts for $2.50!
  • Love having an entire row of nothing but different types of mushrooms.
  • Fiddle Head ferns at Monterey Market
  • Try the local & organic Three Twins ice cream!
  • Check out the great holiday lights!
