The cucumber 75 cocktail is amazing! It smells beautiful and is the best cucumber cocktail I've ever had (and I've tried many). Very elegant, nuanced and complex but smooth.

Get the tasting menu! The portions are surprisingly large so don't overdo it on the bread. The caviar (which is extra) is yummy but you'll enjoy the tuna tartare too! Lobster pot pie - great!
