Foursquare Tips

  • Back in the dodgeball.com days, this spot is where the very first "friend-of-a-friend" message actually worked back in 2005 ("Hey, Mona is across the street and you know Mona thru Brian - say hi!").
  • Go before it closes! This bar hasnt changed in a decade, and thats a good thing! An unpretentious dive bar with a hip crowd.
  • Get a 3$ PBR!!!
  • Try the alcohol

  • happy hour is nice and chill. order a $4 whiskey sour.
  • My last band Myrrh used to come here after prac. Um like duh.

  • Originally part of Life Underground (which we all know I am not a fan of), The Metropolitan Transit Authority asked artist Tom Otterness to remove the bronze Rat Cop, as it was deemed offensive
  • This used to be a good place to go in the LES, but lately I have seen the signs of ageism and racism. I was called a deutsch bag because I called Harry the bartender by his name. He had been standing
