Matthew McConaughey And Camila Alves' Backyard Wedding

The paparazzi weren't the only ones camping out to witness Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves exchange vows this weekend.

Around 100 guests spent the weekend sleeping in tents in order to partake in the celebrity couple's intimate nuptials. With close friends and family making the trip to Austin, Texas, McConaughey and Alves converted their backyard into a deluxe campground, complete with air conditioning. Alterations to their Old Oak Estate served to create an "island beach meets Texas" vibe, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Estância Churrascari provided partygoers with some Brazilian treats during the reception – including some chicken wrapped in bacon, pork sausages with cheese bread, and Brazilian top and bottom steak. The following afternoon, Guy Fieri prepared "crawfish, brisket and fried okra" for everyone, according to US Magazine.

The Brazilian model and Hollywood A-lister have been together for about six years and have two children together – Levi and Vida, but had never seemed to be in a rush to make things official. Even though the couple has now tied the knot, they still managed to maintain a sense of unconventionality. During the ceremony, they whispered their vows, keeping their sentiments private and intimate. At the reception, the couple opted out of obtaining an elaborate wedding cake, offering their guests a full display of desserts instead.
