“The Pegu Club is one of my favorite classic cocktails because of its dryness, brightness, and because it is so darn refreshing. Mama’s Squeeze Box was inspired by those flavor profiles, but with some added curves from the Carpano Antica and the Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao. It still has that great brightness like the Pegu Club, but with a lot more T&A. Ingredients

1.5 ounce tanqueray gin
.75 ounce lime
.5 ounce pierre ferrand dry curacao
.5 ounce coconut sugar
.25 ounce carpano antica sweet vermouth
6 drops bitter end moroccan bitters

Directions

Add all ingredients and shake. Served up with an orange twist.
