Foursquare Tips

  • Best food in Arlington!
  • Obama ate here! You should try it
  • Wear brown flip flops, salmon colored shorts and a polo for +10.
  • Love going there on a Sunday when it's not too busy. Very good local crowd.
  • Liam LaCivita's restaurant serves up American cuisine with an occasional Eastern European flair, due to the chef's Pittsburgh roots (hence a take on the Primanti Bros. sandwich). [Eater 38 Member]
  • The menu might seem all over the map, but the common denominator is LaCivitas emphasis on the rustic. Even his most artful plates bear hefty portions.
  • Lisette is the best bartender!
  • Come for brunch. AWESOME. Bartender Jimmy makes the best bloodies!
  • You WILL fall in love with Bobbi, it's inevitable.
  • Try the Gin and Tonic - Hendrick's gin, which is infused with cucumber. It is served in what looks like a small brandy snifter and uses cucumber slices together with lime to really freshen the drink.
  • Get to happy hour by 4, camp at the bar and watch happy hour swell around you
  • Amazing fries. Great pizza. All the entrees I've had have been fantastic. I like the Amish chicken a lot.
  • Excellent food, drink and service. Amazing brunch. Ask for Jax or Matt as your server.
  • Check out Lyon Hall too.
  • I'm in love with lisette
  • Breakfast table for brunch on Sundays is awesome. Sit at the bar and make sure you order a bloody mary!
  • The Industrial is a must!
  • Always crowded-try to get a table upstairs
  • "Liberty Tavern fits into the buzzy Arlington scene well. It puts out gorgeous pies, like on topped with strands of duck confit, bundles of frisee and the requisite fried egg."
  • Get a hightop by the window, downstairs. People watching is great and service is impeccable
