Lemon Chicken With White And Lemon Butter Sauce

This has become a family favorite. It's a simple recipe with a "big" punch of flavors. The lemon adds a wonderful "clean" taste with a sweet flavor from the wine.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 ounce (2) chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
Directions
  1. Pound Chicken thin
  2. Pat Chicken dry with paper towel
  3. Salt and Pepper Chicken
  4. Place Chicken in Flour
  5. Shake excess Chicken flour
  6. Place in Hot pan with oil
  7. Pan-Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side till brown
  8. Once browned, place in over at 200 degrees to keep warm when making sauce
  9. Add white wine in pan and let boil, add lemon juice and bring to boil. Add butter.
  10. Once all together, add chicken
  11. Allow Chicken to cook completely and serve
