Korbel California Brandy

Get in the beach bum state of mind with this brandy-based cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ ounces brandy, preferably Korbel
  • 1 ounce Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce lemon-lime soda
  • Fresh orchid, for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Shake brandy, ginger liqueur, and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a tall cocktail glass with fresh ice. Float with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with orchid.
