Foursquare Tips

  • A New England institution that's expanded along the Atlantic Coast. One of its claim to fame: Its New England clam chowder has been served at every U.S. presidential election since 1981.
  • the Perrier Jouet 95 is bliss!
  • Get the calamari Thai-style sweet and spicy FTW!
  • Lobster soup! Amazing
  • Clam chowder
  • Delicious chowders (clam and fish), possibly the longest wine list in Boston, quick and friendly service, a massive seafood menu with lots of daily specials, and a 'special but informal' atmosphere
  • Get the Thai Calamari! It's evolved over the years and I think better than ever now.
  • They've got creamy and cream free low calorie clam chowders covered, both seasoned to yummy perfection!
  • Try the "Chow-dah"
  • Clam chowder is absolutely fantastic!
  • Lobster bisque is hella good and warms the tummy.
  • If they're still serving it, GET THE SOFT-SHELL CRAB. It is, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. Crispy thin tempura excellently done.
  • I don't even really like chowders, but the clam chowder here is fantastic
  • Try the clambake
  • The clam chowder is some of the best in New England.
  • Service and food were amazing! The meal was so delicious.
  • Delicious and unique dishes in logical prices! It has also a big variety of wines!!
  • There has to be better seafood places in Boston than here. Long John Silvers maybe?
  • Many good things on the meny, but the last couple of times here, seems like they want you through the system as fast as possible. It loses a bit of its charm if you are still at starter when main arr.
  • Crab cake was delicious, as was the broth-based chowder, which is GF.
