  • When it comes to food, the hardest thing for Americans to say is pretty much anything French, but that's exactly what the dudes behind Maximilien are serving at Le Zinc.
  • They churn their own butter and it's so good!
  • Wonderful food and drinks.
  • the mussels were fantastic. surprised at how large the portion was - great for two. wine list was exceptional.
  • The peach crisp is divine! Must be made with their awesome butter. <3
  • The new place you have to try in Seattle! French meets Northwest is the inspiration and it is done so right! A very refreshing new atmosphere and creative cocktail/food menu.
  • Steak tartare
  • Really slow service. If you're in a hurry, beware!

  • I highly recommend the Airmail!
  • Provenal mussels were very bland
  • Their website says they are open on Sundays 11:30-11:00, but I'm not sure thats true. Maybe double check before you go...
  • Sweetbreads, Fresh Seared Foie Gras 14 Huckleberry compote, Walla Walla onion, candied walnuts, Brioche. Pork Belly 6 Crispy pork belly, potato and scallion blinis, Peance peach mustard
  • Frites and foie for sure.
  • Oh PS- try the "death in the afternoon" cocktail... Inspired by Hemingway compris absinthe ;)
