A Lazy Weekend Brunch Menu

Looking for a reason to celebrate this weekend? Whether you're entertaining weekend house guests or you're having friends over for a leisurely brunch just because the weather is so good, we've put together this menu with spring and summer in mind.

If you're entertaining a large crew, make all of Lulu's dishes and serve them buffet-style, so guests can help themselves as they please. (Don't worry about having leftovers — everything here tastes nearly just as good, if not better, the next day.) If it's just you and a few others, just pick a couple, like the frittata, scones, and bacon. Headed out for a bike ride or hike? Serve the fruit salad with granola and yogurt for make-your-own yogurt parfaits to fuel up before you head out. Hosting friends after a late night out? All you need to make is the coffee cake and the frittata — and be sure to have lots of coffee brewed to enjoy while discussing the prior nights' activities.
