Late Night On The Bay
The Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival's opening night events moved from Moonlight Magic at the Hilton Barbados to Late Night on the Bay at Wispers, a beachfront restaurant outside Bridgetown. There were tiki torches, wooden vegetated paths, live music, and people getting down.
Not all the chefs were spotted, but Chef Fergus Henderson showed he knew how to have a good time, getting down on the dance floor. There was plenty of Mount Gay Rum on hand, and for those who worked up an appetite, late-night sandwiches.
