Ingredients
- 1 ounce amaretto
- 1 dash bitters
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce cognac
- 2 ounce sparkling wine
- lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Shake, strain. Top with sparkling wine and lemon twist.
