Knob Creek Spice of Life Cocktail Recipe

Michael Symon created this cocktail for Knob Creek Rye, combining peach, mint, and some ginger beer for a refreshing, festive cocktail.
- 2 1/2 parts Knob Creek Rye
- 1/2 part white peach nectar
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 part ginger beer
Muddle mint, peach nectar, and Knob Creek Rye in the bottom of a shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain over ice and top with ginger beer.
