The Kilbeggan Dubliner Cocktail Recipe

It's Halfway Day! That means it's only a mere six months to your favorite, boozy holiday: St. Patrick's Day. And we'd like to celebrate with a bit of Irish whiskey, Kilbeggan. While you can always drink Kilbeggan straight up (it's known for its silky smooth texture and full-bodied flavor, making it an easy pour), you can mix up a true Dublin-inspired cocktail to kick off your Halfway Day celebrations.
- 3 parts Kilbeggan® Irish Whiskey
- 2 parts sweet vermouth
- 1 1/2 parts cherry syrup
- 1 1/2 parts cranberry juice
- dash simple syrup
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 60 seconds. Strain neat into a martini glass. Garnish with a black cherry.
