Foursquare Tips

  • The best ramen you can find, this side of the River Jordan! Come on down! Yes!
  • Please keep forming lines at Minca so I can always roll into this sister restaurant with no wait. Thanks!
  • Tsukemen is also referred to by the name dipping noodles; rather than being combined in one bowl, the noodles and toppings are served on the side, then dipped with chopsticks into the broth.

  • I fear that if I tell you how good this place is, you will come here and make me wait longer for the most delicious ramen in New York!!
  • The pork basic broth is one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. Get it with thick noodles.
  • Spicy miso ramen Amen
  • It was really tasty!
  • Same menu as Minca on 5th
  • Great place to eat solo. Cash only, also.
  • Can't go wrong with the Basic noodle in pork broth with extra charshu.
  • My favorite ramen spot in the city! Way less crowded than Ippudo or Totto. Get the Spicy Miso ramen with pork!
  • Same menu as minca, but the restaurant has bigger space and better for groups.
  • Spicy miso ramen is excellent, not fancy but very tasty. Service is always fast and friendly.
  • Go for the spicy miso ramen!
  • Spicy miso is excellent. Pork is excellent, as is the pork broth. Corn is a nice touch! Kambi is also owned by the people from Minca, but has way more seating.
  • Spicy miso > shoyu > basic/shio/wahoo. Try chicken if pork is too fatty for you. Wavy noodle. My go to
  • Get the spicy miso ramen - even better, come for the lunch special on the weekday with a salmon don (rice bowl)
  • Spicy Misi Tsukemen - delicious!
  • Recommend the spicy salmon don!! Great sauce!!
