  • Monkfish is underappreciated! If it's on the fresh catch list, try it with the lobster veloute. (Don't forget to try the mussels too.)
  • Can't fry calamari or clean mussels. Disaster.
  • Snow crab isn't local do I wouldn't bother with that. The flounder is excellent.
