Casa Ado Offering Brunch
Marina Del Rey’s Casa Ado is now serving brunch daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. The menu includes hearty dishes such as grilled baby calamar on a bed of lightly-spiced sautéed green chard and eggs benedicts "Italian style" with mozzarella and tomatoes topped with Hollandaise sauce
Café Del Rey Celebrates Truffle Season
On Thursday, July 17, Café Del Rey in Marina Del Rey will celebrate truffle season with a special dinner highlighting Australian black truffles. The five-course menu is $85 and lists dishes such as asparagus and truffles, pork rolled in truffle, and and intriguing tapioca "risotto". Wines from Summerland’s Central Coast vineyards will also be served.
Rivabella Serving Up Liquid Nitrogen Dessert
In July, WeHo’s Rivabella is serving a special tableside liquid nitrogen ice cream dessert featuring Bailey’s infused ice cream and topped with Frangelico, Chambord, and hazelnuts.

The Corner Bakery chain of restaurants is adding new breakfast menu items beginning this month. Some of the new dishes include buttermilk pancakes with strawberries and blueberries as well as chilled berry almond Swiss oatmeal.

Loews Hollywood Hotel has emerged from a $31 million renovation with refreshed rooms, an expanded spa, renovated rooftop pool area, and a new lobby bar and restaurant, H2 Kitchen and Bar, with a menu that includes savory pastrami doughnuts and chile spiced shrimp flatbread.
