  • Jasper's has one of the city's only cocktail on tap programs and a rare Perlini carbonated cocktail maker. Menus change seasonally, but the Wiessen Sour bourbon-beer cocktail is a fail-safe choice.

  • This spot boasts one of the most original food & drink lineups weve seen in a long time. The food options include goodies like bourbon ice cream, a pork belly grilled cheese & wagyu sliders on buns.
  • Try the rillette of pork confit, ham and cheese fritters, pork sandwich and the J burger! Kurobata pork roast and Wagyu beef. Kevin is a bar star so any cocktail you order will be be killer!
  • Order a drink. Then drink it. Repeat.

  • The recipient of an exodus of bartenders from the Burritt Room. Solid cocktails, though the space isn't very intimate.

  • The service is so slow, it's impossible to get drunk. The drinks aren't bad when you can get 'em though.
  • They've got Racer 5 and Guinness on tap, Fortaleza, Macallan 18, and various other delights on the shelf.

  • Woah, tasty. 6ft and rising is like a combination of everything good from Kentucky and DC (my two homes). Steak frites get a major thumbs up. Dan at the bar is a good dude.
  • They serve poutine!! And pretty good poutine at that!
  • The strength of this 78-seat bar is the cocktail program, a mix of classic and modern blends. But the real reason to come here: the Negroni on tap.
  • Perfect for drinks & snacks. Impressive drink menu, nice house creations, and lots of small snacks/bites while boozing. How can you loose with a plate of 6 cheeses to nibble on?
