Courtesy of Inniskillin

One way to send off summer this weekend? With an ice wine from Inniskillin. Made in the Niagara peninsula, these wines made from frozen grape clusters will give you a sweet chill. Naturally, in a cocktail, these ice wines add an intense flavor, like in this Inn & Juice cocktail made with aged rum and pineapple.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces Inniskillin riesling ice wine
  • 1 ounce aged rum
  • 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a highball or rocks glass. Fill with crushed or cracked ice and top with a float of Angostura bitters.
