Originally inspired by a Cosmopolitan, dill was added to give the cocktail a savory component. The result is a drink with a lot of complexity and a very defined flavor profile on the palette. It starts with the fruit, moving through the savory from the herb and finishing with the spice from the pepper.
Muddle dill with ice in a shaker, add vodka and shake like you're trying to win a prize.
Pour over ice in a bucket, add juice and garnish with a lemon.
