Idillic Cocktail at Gilt Club

Originally inspired by a Cosmopolitan, dill was added to give the cocktail a savory component. The result is a drink with a lot of complexity and a very defined flavor profile on the palette. It starts with the fruit, moving through the savory from the herb and finishing with the spice from the pepper.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces house-infused serrano and tangerine vodka
  • ½ ounces orange liqueur
  • ¼ ounces fresh sweetened lemon juice
  • Splash of orange juice
  • Generous pinch of dill

DIRECTIONS

Muddle dill with ice in a shaker, add vodka and shake like you're trying to win a prize.

Pour over ice in a bucket, add juice and garnish with a lemon.
