How Many Calories Are In Dunkin' Donuts' Bagels?

Dunkin' Donuts introduced bagels to their menu back in 1996, and the chain has never looked back. Bagels are just as (if not more so) popular a breakfast item as doughnuts are, and today there are 13 varieties of bagels available there, from sour cream and onion to pretzel salt. Some have more fat than others (the multigrain bagel contains seven grams of fat and the spinach artichoke supreme bagel contains six), and for those looking to eat healthy, some contain a whole lot more dietary fiber and protein than others (the multigrain bagel tops that chart, with eight grams of fiber). But what about calories?

The bagels with the least amount of calories are the plain, onion, and pretzel salt bagels, which each contain 310 calories. The blueberry, cinnamon raisin, and whole wheat bagels contain 320 calories; the garlic and sour cream and onion bagels contain 330; everything and poppy seed bagels contain 340 calories; multigrain and sesame seed contain 350; and topping the charts is the Spinach Artichoke Supreme Bagel, with 390 calories.
