Whether it’s from a popular pizza chain or a local favorite, we all order pizza. But why wait for a pizza delivery when it is so easy (and more delicious) to make at home? Pizza Hut is an all-time favorite and we’ve crafted our very own recipe for you to enjoy at home, anytime.
For our recipe, we opted to recreate the pan pizza crust instead of a regular thin crust. The pan crust is baked in a deep dish pan and is much thicker, fluffier, and in our opinion, tastier than the traditional hand-tossed variety. The pan offers buttery and seasoned sides to the crust, which make the pizza all-the-better.
We’ve matched the authentic pizza crust with a homemade pizza sauce that rivals the real thing. With homemade pizza, the toppings and choices are endless. We’ve just added mozzarella cheese and a sprinkling of dried oregano, but you can add other vegetables and meats that you enjoy.
So, next time, instead of reaching for the phone and dialing for delivery, try making your own Pizza Hut pizza at home. It’s easier than you think — and even more delicious than takeout.
