Honey Badger Cocktail
Stella Rossa Pizza Bar
- 2 ounces chamomile-infused tequila
- 3/4 ounces Acacia honey syrup
- 3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
This cleverly named cocktail, featuring chamomile-infused tea and Acacia honey (of course), stars on the menu at Santa Monica's new pizza bar Stella Rossa.
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin, shake hard with ice, strain over fresh ice into rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
