Holeman & Finch Public House
Atlanta GA 30309
Every night at 10 p.m. on the dot, 24 burgers emerge from the kitchen at Holeman & Finch Public House, and that’s it. Even though they’re not listed on the menu, these burgers are often spoken for well in advance (they can be reserved at any point during service), and for good reason. Each double-patty burger of fresh-ground grass-fed chuck and brisket comes topped with American cheese, pickles, onions, and homemade ketchup, and is served on a toasted house-baked bun alongside fresh-cut fries. Chef Linton Hopkins (who developed this burger while he was battling cancer; it’s the only food he didn’t lose his taste for) chose to offer this burger on such a limited basis in order to let the other items on his menu get their due, but if you’d prefer not to take your chances you can also try it on Sundays, when it’s featured on their brunch menu. We suggest it; it’s nothing short of the best burger in America. -Dan Myers

The burger is worth the gimmick!! Just ask this little girl - she scarfed down two!
Plump, tender, and pleasantly salty, these clams are one of the most addictive choices on CL's 100 Dishes to eat before you die!
The attention to detail, the love for interesting spirits, the fabulous food... if only Holeman & Finch were a little less loved, your own private cocktail heaven.

The place to take out of towners to show them what’s great about Atlanta and/or test a companion’s food fear factor. Case in point: Fried chicken heads, anyone? [Eater 38 Member]

Best burger in Atlanta! Only a few burgers are hand crafted each night at 10PM, so make sure to get there early.

Must try the carbonara pasta, perfect for the cold weather. If you want to be more adventurous than the incredible cocktail list just ask for some help at the bar. The mixologists here are GENIUS!

An Atlanta must-try. English pub fare meets agrarian South gastropub.
Scene: A bullhorn sounds at 10pm (official burger time), and the crowd goes wild. Hesitate a minute and the limited quantity (they make only two dozen a night) will be gone. A sandwich? Or an event?
Yep - the 10:00 burger rocks and the cocktails were exceptional! Wish this place was in Manhattan
