Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pound assorted heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1/3-inch-thick slices
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon thinly sliced basil, plus a few leaves for garnish
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaked sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Arrange the tomatoes on a large serving plate. In a 2-cup measuring cup, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour the olive oil mixture over the tomato slices. Garnish, if desired.
