Foursquare Tips

  • Because this lambshank is so primal, you'll try to pick it up and eat it like a caveman only to find that the meat'll drop right off the bone and be tender enough to cut with your fork.
  • Amazing food and great date night ambiance
  • Donuts. Go nuts.
  • Chef's tasting menu is always fantastic. You won't regret it.
  • ask about the "blonde bombshell" - a master creation featuring bubbly + tequila. yes, you read that right - but imagine a fine, herby concoction. #bliss
  • Everything we had was AMAZING!!
  • Try the mini scallop hors d'ouevres, barramundi and pappardelle.
  • See my review at http://foodiedrummer.wordpress.com/2013/08/28/heidis-minneapolis/
  • Get a seat on the patio and grab a plate of westies!
  • Great presentations, over the top richness( a ton of butter and other fat), salty, pricey. Disappointing experience over all.
  • The lamb shank is excellent!
  • Don't have the potato sorbet. Disgusting. Pork belly/tuna is good. overall i thought it was over priced and they were trying too hard with presentation and forgot about cooking with good flavors.
  • Order the egg "sammie," built to absolute perfection with housemade everything blanketed in a gooey slice of American cheese.
  • Try the Beginnings... - Catching up over small plates w/ @goodconcepts @heidismpls
  • Order "The Last Word" drink. Not on the menu but the bartender makes a great one!
  • Try the wilted salad or sea bass!
  • Get the salmon. Best fish I've had in my life.
  • Best cocktail list in the city. Period. Trish is brilliant, trust her.
  • Great food and service. Miss the old cafe feel but the new place is definitely more conducive to the dimming experience.
  • Excellent lamb and walleye
