Heart-Shaped Croutons

To dress up your standard green salad on Valentine's Day, make heart-shaped croutons. Brush both sides of mini heart-shaped pieces of bread with butter, and then toast until golden on both sides. We would also add a little pink to the salad by punching out heart-shaped pieces of beet and tossing the hearts with the greens.
