If you are not hungry first thing in the morning or you are in a rush when you first wake up, there are healthy breakfasts you can bring on-the-go and make the night before. One of the best breakfast recipes for losing weight is one you can pack in a mason jar and take with you when you leave for the day.

If you are looking for a healthy breakfast that is homemade, satisfying, and will keep you full until lunchtime, a Greek yogurt parfait is the perfect combination of protein, crunch, and flavor. You can make your own parfait by adding nuts, spices, and fruit.

If you are lactose intolerant or are sensitive to dairy, consider subbing the Greek yogurt with dairy alternatives, such as coconut or almond yogurt. Aim for plain yogurt and be sure to use  low-sugar granola and follow the recommended serving size.
