The Haute Hazelnut Cocktail


  • 3/4 Ounces  Baileys with a hint of Hazelnut
  • 1/2 Ounce  Zacapa Rum 23
  • 1/2 Ounce  orange liqueur
  •  Pinch of  ground cloves
  •   orange wedge

In celebration of the holiday season's best cocktails, we bring you an exciting new flavor: Baileys with a hint of Hazelnut. That's right, your beloved Irish cream has a new seasonal flavor. The Haute Hazelnut was made by New York City mixologist Pamela Wiznitzer. 


Combine Baileys with a hint of Hazelnut, Zacapa Rum 23, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a wedge of orange sprinkled with ground cloves.
