Hard Rock Cafe is spicing up their burger offerings with the NEW Fiesta Burger, featuring a toasted brioche bun layered with roasted jalapeno salsa, melted Jack cheese, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, crisp lettuce and vine-ripened tomato. This burger will be sure to put that extra kick into any Cinco de Mayo celebration!

Ingredients
  • 8 ounce beef burger
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 2 tablespoon jalapeno salssa
  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 monterey jack cheese slices
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 tablespoon pico de gallo
  • 1 tablespoon fresh guacamole
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
Directions
  1. • Shake half of seasoning on burger and place season side down on broiler • Shake remaining seasoning over burger • Cook to desired temperature • Spread jalapeno salsa over the patty • Place cheese slices on patty • Place iceberg lettuce on bottom bun • Place tomato slice on top of lettuce • Place guacamole on top of cheese • Place pico of top of guacamole • Place burger bun on top of finished burger
