Hard Rock Café Opens In Michigan

As with previous Hard Rock Café openings, a concert that commences with a guitar smashing with herald the latest opening of the Hard Rock Café franchise at Four Winds Casino Resort New Buffalo on Sept. 7 in New Buffalo, Mich.

Sheryl Crow and Uncle Kracker will preside over the guitar smash before a private concert by Uncle Kracker. Crow will perform a sold-out concert at Four Winds' new Silver Creek Event Center. A public concert featuring the Devonshires begins at 11 p.m. on the stage at the Hard Rock Café Four Winds.

The 12,000-square-foot, two-story Hard Rock Café Four Winds menu includes items from the franchise's Legendary Experience menu, which includes 10-ounce Legendary Burgers, and the Smokehouse Menu, which includes a variety of regional barbecue dishes like pulled pork. The drink menu includes hurricanes, margaritas, and Alternative Rock, a range of alcohol-free beverages, all served in Hard Rock souvenir collectible glassware.

The 275-seat Hard Rock Café Four Winds opened July 11. Like other Hard Rock Café locations, its walls are adorned with rock 'n' roll memorabilia. Some 150 pieces dot the dining room, including a military coat from Madonna, a jacket from Michael Jackson, sunglasses from Stevie Wonder, a medal cross from Jimi Hendrix, the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road suit from Elton John, and a drum set from Lynyrd Skynyrd.
