We all know kids love ravioli and ham and cheese sandwiches. This recipe lets them enjoy both, and the assembly makes it fun for them to make.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup mustard
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 pound cooked ham, diced
  • Egg wash

DIRECTIONS

Arrange the wonton wrappers on a baking sheet for assembly. Mix the cheeses together in a small bowl and set aside. Mix the mayo, mustard, and bread crumbs together in another bowl and set aside.

Place ½ tablespoon of the ham onto each wonton wrapper. Add a sprinkle of the cheeses and a teaspoon of the mayo mixture, and then close the wonton wrappers with egg wash. Crimp the edges of the wonton with a fork. Boil the wontons until they float to the top and serve.
