Grilled Peaches with Mint and Goat Cheese
Ingredients
  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 large mint leaves
  • 8 teaspoon goat cheese
  • honey, to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat a gas grill on high heat until very hot. Place 1 large mint leaf on top of each peach half. Grill both sides of the peach until the peach is warm and there are char marks on both sides. Immediately place a dollop of goat cheese and a drizzle of honey on the peaches and serve warm.
