Great Chefs

Their are many types of chefs in our culture,,,over the years i have had the oppertunitiy towork with many great chefs,,you name it,,Italian,,French,,German,,Spanish,,and even one American Native Indian chef,,the one thing that sepperates  GOOD CHEF FROM A GREAT CHEF,is the nature of his Dimeaner,,some chefs are Hot heads,,but the great ones are Patient,,forgiving and Very Tollerante,,they dont expect perfection all at once Expierence and past Challenges make the main differences here,,

I have pwned and operated 3 seafood restaurants, I worked hand in hand with all my Employee's,,,i teach them that i will lead the way,,i respected them all as they did me,,,,this is how a great chef works,,,,these are the great ones that Teach their Culinary Staff how to be great employee's and and great workers.

Great chefs do not scream and yell at thier staff,,in stead they step right in and show them what is the right way to do a task,,,great chefs,,you call tell because your staff will talk to orher people ans say ,,wow i am so lucky to work with our chef,,he teaches me so much,,,this is what all great chefs what to here..

All great chefs want ther culinary staff to completly understand thier opperatin to the fulliest,,a great chef knows this will only bennifit hid Kitchen and dining room staff....
