Ingredients
  • ½ grapefruit, peeled and seeded
  • 1 handful basil
  • 1 small tangerine, peeled and seeded
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup water
  • 5 frozen strawberries
Directions
  1. Place the water, then the softest fruit, on the bottom of the blender. Layer the heavier and firmer items on top. Blend until smooth.
