Ingredients
  • 4 mashed avocados
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 6 chopped jalapeƱo chiles
  • 6 spoonfuls of chopped coriander
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • toasted tortilla chips

  • salt and pepper
Directions
  1. In a bowl, place the pulped avocados and mix it with a fork until a paste is formed. Add the onion, tomatoes, chiles, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour Mexican sauce on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
